Alypos evaluates persistent and complex musculoskeletal, neurologic, and performance-related pain conditions using a more detailed diagnostic and image-guided approach.
Alypos focuses on difficult diagnostic and image-guided cases that have not responded to standard treatment approaches.
Care begins with understanding why pain persists and which course of treatment is most appropriate.

Many patients arriving at Alypos have already undergone imaging, injections, physical therapy, medications, or specialist evaluations without meaningful improvement.
Alypos emphasizes detailed physician evaluation, dynamic imaging assessment, and individualized treatment planning designed to identify the true source of pain before intervention is recommended.

Dr. Bernhardt is triple board-certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Interventional Pain Management (ABA, ABPM, ABIPP).
His approach is informed by both extensive clinical experience and personal experience navigating chronic musculoskeletal pain, reinforcing a strong emphasis on careful diagnosis, dynamic ultrasound assessment, regenerative treatment, and precise image-guided intervention.
All evaluations and treatment at Alypos is performed directly by Dr. Bernhardt, care focused on identifying the underlying cause before recomending intervention.

A more precise approach to identifying pain generators, movement dysfunction, tissue injury, and procedural targets.
Treatment plans incorporate image-guided procedures, regenerative therapies, rehabilitation strategies, and when clinically appropriate, carefully managed medication therapy.
Care is individualized and focused on improving function, reducing suffering, and identifying the underlying pain generator.
Adjunctive IV and metabolic support therapies may be incorporated into broader longitudinal treatment plans when clinically appropriate
Procedures are guided by real-time imaging, dynamic ultrasound evaluation, and physician-performed precision targeting.
Image-guided platelet-based therapies used to support tissue healing and functional recovery.
Advanced orthobiologic therapy for complex muscolskeletal conditions.
Physician-performed adipose-derived biologic therapy for select regenerative applications.
Physician-performed scalp restoration therapies guided by detailed scalp evaluation, precision ultrasound-guided treatment planning, and physician-provided comfort-focused procedural care.
Select adjunctive metabolic and recovery-focused therapies are incorporated into broader physician-directed treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
Physician-directed IV and metabolic therapies incorporated into broader treatment planning based on clinical findings and recovery goals.
Physician-provided ketamine-assisted therapy integrated into a broader treatment framework for patients with chronic pain, central sensitization, PTSD, depression, and complex recovery conditions.

Physician evaluation incorporating diagnostic assessment, movement evaluation, imaging and medical record review, and individualized treatment planning.
